Fall is in the air!

Updated: Jul 26, 2024

Autumn (also called fall) always sneaks up on us so quickly here in Jackson Hole. The leaves šŸ‚ have been changing colors to bright yellow, orange, and red šŸ for the past two weeks and fall doesn't even officially start until September 23rd!

Fall is always so short here, so make sure you take a beautiful drive šŸš˜ through the Snake River Canyon down to Alpine or drive north of Jackson towards Grand Teton National Park so you can enjoy the fall colors in the area.

I harvested all kinds of potatoes šŸ„”, parsley, and some tomatoes šŸ… from my garden last weekend. I'm going to harvest more tomatoes and some squash today before it freezes šŸ„¶ in the upcoming week. My husband Carlos and I just started chopping šŸŖ“ and splitting wood šŸŖµ for our fireplace this week. We have a few more trips to the forest to make to fill our wood shed. I turned on my office heater today. šŸ¤« The cold is coming!!
